2. Connect the required beams first, and connect the two ends of the beams with the two square sleeves on both sides. At this time, the beam part is assembled on the ground.
3. Connect the column truss flatly, then screw one end on the reverse head and the other end on the crossbar, and connect the hanging hoist and the crossbar at the same time. The function of the hoist is to lift the beam truss below.
4. Several people slowly erect the column trusses one by one, be careful not to push the column with too much force, and then fix the screws on the reverse head.
5. After the column is erected, hook the hook under the hanging hoist to the beam below through the sling.
6. Four people pull the hanging hoist together to the predetermined height and stop.
7. Check whether the four bases are level, fix the diagonal support extension rod to the base, then tighten one end of the diagonal support to the column, and tighten the other end to the extension rod of the base, so that the lighting stand is built.
8. After the lighting stand is built, four safety diagonal supports must be installed on each column (4 columns and 16 diagonal supports)
9. It is not recommended to build outdoors in bad weather.
10. It is not recommended to build a gantry with two columns anywhere. If it is built, it must be well supported, the diagonal supports must be fixed around the columns, the base counterweight must be made, and if necessary, the steel wire must be pulled above the column to fix it to the ground.
